Damir Gilyaz
Director of Operations
With more than 15 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, technical due diligence, and commercial scaling, Damir leads the operational engine behind SIS AI Solutions. He oversees the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution — ensuring that our AI-powered tools deliver real, actionable insights for clients.
He began his professional journey in Germany’s engineering sector, where he specialized in identifying clients and use-cases for complex industrial equipment across Eastern Europe. His early years included primary and secondary market research, along with rigorous technical and technological assessments for multinational engineering firms. He also trained in advanced manufacturing and process technologies through hands-on exposure at German firms such as Westfalia Separator and EPC Group.
After earning his MBA from Hult IBS, Damir expanded into strategy consulting, helping U.S.-based private clients design market-entry programs, establish both direct and indirect sales channels, and align operations to scale efficiently. He also honed his project management and cross-functional leadership skills, guiding teams through highly technical, cross-border initiatives.
At SIS AI Solutions, Damir is responsible for driving operational excellence — optimizing workflows, integrating AI-based development and delivery, overseeing product and platform implementation, and ensuring that the company’s heritage in deep market research is fully leveraged in our new, intelligence-driven services.
Alexander LeVoci
Senior VP of Strategy & Market Intelligence
13+ years in strategy and management consulting, spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors. Alex assists clients in applying automation and AI-assisted analytics (e.g. for recurring tracking, sentiment analysis, or competitive intelligence) to enhance speed, clarity, and effectiveness of insights.
He is a highly skilled practitioner of strategy consulting, change management, political and country risk, market intelligence, and nonmarket strategy.
Before joining SIS, Alex had engaged in international research, consulting, and project work, which required adapting to diverse markets, cultural contexts, and methodological challenges — combining qualitative, quantitative, and digital-native research techniques. He was most recently the CEO of RiskPoint Advisors. Prior to RiskPoint, he worked with SAP, The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (DFC), The World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation.

Duilio Bini
Director of Operations, EMEA Region
Duilio Bini brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data-driven strategy, and digital transformation. He leads sales and client service for SIS International across the EMEA region, operating from our London office.
With over 8 years at SIS International, he has served in both our New York and London offices, managing high-impact projects across EMEA and the U.S, from multi-country focus groups to large-scale car clinics. Duilio also helps clients incorporate AI-powered market and competitive intelligence into decision-making — coordinating access to dashboards, ongoing tracking, and custom analysis produced by the platform. His role centers on translating business questions into research/analytics workstreams and ensuring secure, compliant delivery rather than building models himself.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, he received two degrees in Marketing and International Business from New Paltz in New York.
